Great two story home on a 500 acre lake. Located in West Tennessee in a private subdivision 7 miles from the town of Lexington. Home sits on a 1.5 acre lot with 200 feet of lake front property. Home is 2500 square feet with 3 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms , living room open to kitchen with large gas fireplace , sun room , large outside deck ( 20 x 40 ) on second story overlooking lake. Sun room extends the entire length of the back of the house upstairs for a beautiful view of the lake. Relax with a cold drink and watch the sunset from dock over the lake. Home is conveniently located halfway between Memphis and Nashville (about 1.5 hours from each). The house is perfect for special events such as weddings , receptions , graduations , and family reunions .Or just come out for the weekend with that special someone and spend some quality time together. Bring the family pet , they are welcome too! Guests will have access to a private boat launch about 100 yards from the house. Bring your boat and Seadoo's and tie them off on our private dock. Pool table , foosball table , and quoits (ring toss) are available. Large gas barbeque is also available. Fish for bass , catfish , and crappie from boat or right off the dock. Bring your own favorite lucky rod and reel . I will not be present at the house for any of my guest's stay. Guests will have complete privacy and run of the property. We also have 2 queen size futons available. Separate laundry room facility. Sun room upstairs has great views of lake as well as outside deck area. Activities include boating and fishing , shooting pool , playing foosball , and playing quoits. Barbeque some steaks on the grill or simply relax and watch the a movie from our 250 plus movie library.Visit nearby Memphis and party on Beal Street or visit Graceland. The bathroom in the facility has been removed and the space converted into a storage and dressing/vanity area. All appointments have been updated with a 1970's "hippie chic" vibe. A separate bath house has just been completed featuring "green" technology, including a tankless, continuous hot water heater, LED and solar lighting, and a Nature's Head composting toilet. It also features a 1939 clawfoot tub with views to die for! All of this is located in a private, 4+ acre pasture with stunning views of the farm and its inhabitants. This tiny house is secluded on our small working farm. We have almost a mile of easy/moderate walking trails. We are about 15 minutes from town and Freed Hardeman University, about 30 minutes from Chickasaw State Park and Pinson Mounds. We are about 2 minutes from K & M shooting complex. We have farm animals but please do not feed or pet without letting us know. We want to keep our guests safe.

Welcome to our Lake House! We have made some wonderful memories here! We don't use it as much as we use to so we wanted to let other people enjoy it. This is the perfect getaway for city people who need some peace & quiet, as well as hunters, fisherman, water enthusiasts (no watercraft included but you can bring your own), and outdoor people of all kinds. It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina, which offers a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation or adventure begin! The space The cabin is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath with plenty of space for socializing inside and out (large screened in porch). It boasts 1 King Size bed in one bedroom and then 2 Queens in the other bedroom. Also, there are a couple of couches one of which is a sectional. Tons of parking available! It has wifi, a large flat smart TV and a DVD player. We want our guests to enjoy themselves to fullest.... while being respectful of our home and themselves! Furry friends are welcome as well as long as they are cleaned up after accordingly when they potty, shed, etc. Woof! Guest access Depending on check in time, we will either leave a key for you or arrange to meet you there and show you around. Other things to note There are a couple of fireplaces there but they haven't been used in years and we'd prefer to keep it that way for safety reasons.

FLOAT INN @ TENNESSEE RIVER We have decided to start renting out our downstairs area at our floating home at the beautiful Tennessee River in Parsons, TN. at the Perryville Marina. We have parking for 2 vehicles next to each other(no vehicles with trailers allowed). If you are bringing a boat or jet ski, please use the ramp at the Perryville Marina. You can leave your vehicle there, or there is an open area just past the marina where you can leave your trailer during your stay. You have a private ramp taking you downstairs to the waters of the Tennessee River inside the Perryville Marina area. The downstairs is completely separate from our upstairs living area, featuring self check in/out. This is a studio layout that will sleep 4 people in a full size bed and a queen sofa sleeper. We also have a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. *towels and bed linens provided* We offer a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and a dining table. There is a charcoal grill that is available for you to use during your stay. It is up by the parking area, we do not charcoal grill on the deck due to safety precautions. We ask that you help take care of the grill and our home keeping it clean for everyone to enjoy. We also offer an Amazon Fire Stick so there are plenty of movie and tv show options, and we have WiFi Internet. Cell phone reception limited. We suggest prior to your trip if you can, enable your WIFI calling option on your cell phone. Contact your cell provider for any questions on WIFI calling options. We also offer A/C and Heating options to keep you comfortable during your stay. This is easily adjusted with the wall mounted remote. Your boat can be docked at the front of the house where you can relax and even fish for Bluegill, Crappie, Bass, and Catfish around all four corners of our home. Take your boat, jet ski, or kayak out and enjoy the spectacular views of all the floating homes in the marina area before you go out into the Tennessee River and take advantage of all it has to offer. After a great day of fishing, take advantage of the fish cleaning sink on the back side of the house. We are new to renting and have just finished with a lot of the remodeling of the downstairs area, with some still remaining, but want to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of what we call, “our little piece of heaven”.
